Can I do my free personal injury consultation & legal case review over the phone?

Not a problem. Many people injured in accidents choose to do the consultation over the phone. In addition to being injured, we understand you may be extremely busy with work, school, kids, activities, etc. If you choose to do a free consultation over the phone, you can provide us with the information above verbally during the call. If there is something we need to see, you can fax or email the documents. You can even take a picture of a document with your phone and text it to us. Whatever the situation, we will make it work.

What can I expect during my free injury consultation?

We start with the basics. We talk about how the accident happened and we determine how fault will likely be assessed. We go over the accident report and see if you agree or disagree with the way it’s written. Police officers are extremely busy, and they sometimes make mistakes. We will discuss significant evidence and any witnesses to the accident.

We will discuss the medical treatment you received right after the accident up through the consultation date. We will go over your medical providers and make sure we have a comprehensive list so we can collect the medical records and bills from each provider if you choose to move forward.

Most importantly, we will discuss how the accident has affected your life. It’s important for us to get a full understanding of what you are going through. You get the best advice when we have a clear picture of what you are going through.

How long will my first appointment with Page Law take?

The consultation usually lasts about an hour. It depends how long ago the incident happened and how extensive your medical care has been. Sometimes it’s less than an hour and sometimes a bit longer.

What if I can’t drive to your office?

Not a problem. We can meet you at a place you choose. Some clients ask us to come to their home because they can’t leave the house because of their injuries. That’s perfectly fine. We do in home consultations regularly.

How do I pay you if I decide I want Page Law to help me?

We handle personal injury cases on a contingent basis. This means there is no attorney fee until we win your case. You are never asked to pay us money out of your pocket. We handle cases on a contingent basis because money is tight for most people after being injured in an accident.

Why am I feeling hesitant about talking to a personal injury lawyer?
