Not Sure What To Do After a Missouri Car Crash? There’s an App for That!
The Missouri Department of Insurance has released a smartphone app for iPhone and Android users that walks them through the steps to take after a car accident, according to the Department of Insurance website.
The app is free and can be downloaded from the Department of Insurance website.
The app, called “WreckCheck,” gives drivers tips on what to do after an accident, such as what types of information to exchange with other drivers involved in the crash. It also gives the user the ability to create his or her own informal accident report by providing guidelines for inserting information, and it allows the user to email the created report to the user’s own email account and/or to the user’s insurance agent. In addition to these features, the app also provides basic information on staying safe and preventing Missouri car accidents on the road.
The app may be particularly useful for young drivers, who are often wise in the ways of smartphones but inexperienced when it comes to being on the road. Since a car accident is a stressful event no matter your age, however, drivers of all ages can benefit from a step-by-step guide to what to do after a crash occurs.
